We are a small karate club training in traditional Okinawan Goju Ryu karate.We train at Factory 34, Industry Place, Bayswater (off Malvern Street) on Wednesday evening from 6.30pm until 8.30pm. 

Krav Maga training Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6.30pm until 8.30 pm. Call for more details.

We train traditional karate, reality based self defence, as distinct from 'sport' karate and Krav Maga, the close combat system of the Israeli Defence Force.

Our training is totally suitable for the ladies as well. The training is always interesting and there is something for everyone.

We cater for adults 18 to 80 and train in a non-threatening environment, striving to develop fitness, confidence and spirit. We welcome visitors from other clubs and always have room for more members. Potential members may train with us several sessions free, before joining, to ensure this is an environment suited to their needs.

Because we have a number of older members, training is conducted at an intensity suited to each individual. That is, you train at your own pace.

We are a not-for-profit club so our charges are more modest than most other karate schools.
